Shipping Policy

Orders, Cancellations, Payments & Refunds.

Baadal Bhandaari’s Pet Stores Inc. hereinafter referred to and termed as Company, we, our, us, through its official website www.dogomart.com is currently shipping the orders within the territory of India.

The users are entitled to free shipping on all orders within India, above order value INR 900.
Upto INR 900, a nominal shipping charge of INR 69 is applicable.

The customer can cancel any order within 12 hours of placing it, as after that the orders are processed from Company’s Warehouse. The orders once processed cannot be cancelled or refunded in any case. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject order cancellations. For any order which is cancelled before processing, the customer is entitled to full refund of his payment in case of prepaid orders, and the liability of the Company is limited to the amount received at the time of order placement by the Customer.

Every individual order can be shipped to a single address only.

Although utmost care is taken to list only available items at the warehouse, yet there could be chances that by the time customer finalizes an order, the Product might get out of stock owing to unpredictable sales numbers. If this happens by chance, the customer will be intimidated by the Company within 48 Hours of order placement, and the Customer would have the choice to either cancel the order and get full refund of paid amount, or to wait until the stock for the particular product gets updated at warehouse.

The shipments will be delivered at the registered address of the customer by our Channel Courier Partners. If wrong address is given by Customer, or he is not available to take delivery, the Company shall not be liable for any consequences.

On Holidays or non-working days, there can be delays in delivery.

Considering the hygienic nature of Products, there is no return of the Products once delivered.

The Products can be exchanged only under the following circumstances:

a). If the Customer receives a damaged item.
b). If the Customer receives an item different from the order placed.
c). If the Customer receives an Expired item.
In any of the above cited circumstances, the Customer must intimate the Company within 24 Hours of receiving the shipment. The Courier Partners will arrange for pickup of the item to be exchanged with 7 working days. The item shall be packed in it’s original case, along with Bill, and The Seal of the Product shall be intact. Any item which is opened or damaged due to negligence of the Customer will not be entitled for exchange.

The Company’s officials will inspect the item once it is received back at the warehouse, and after reviewing all the criterias, exchange would be processed as per the original orders. The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any exchange of the Products.

The Customer is provided with the AWB on his registered Email, or Mobile Number once the order is shipped.

The Prices listed on the website are currently prevailing, and the Company reserves the right to alter any Prices at any point of time.

Any inconvenience caused due to unavoidable circumstances is deeply regrettable.

The Company reserves the right to execute or discontinue any sort of discounts or offers on any product.

We respect and value our Armed Forces heartily, but due to some constraints, the orders cannot be shipped to APO’s.

If our Channel Courier Partners are not serving in any particular PIN Code, we may have to opt for alternate methods of sending your Parcels, and the deliveries may be delayed.

The Company reserves the right to accept or reject any Order due to any unavoidable circumstances if occurs, and if any order is cancelled or rejected by the Company, the Customer will be humbly informed regarding the same, the customer will be entitled to full refund of his payment, and the liability of the Company is limited to the amount received at the time of order placement by the Customer.
